Directions: When coming from Aboyne, take the first right off the Tarland Road (B9094) onto the Aboyne Castle Estate. Follow the avenue of trees and take the first left.
Proceed to pass through a pair of stone pillars and the Business Centre is the second turning on the right. (please ensure you only use the entrance to the Aboyne Castle Estate from the Tarland Road) When you arrive we are in the building that joins the car park, the entrance is from the courtyard.
Yoga, Pilates,
Postural Assessment, Meditation, Thai Massage, Rattle and Drum and Tai Chi all take place in Unit 2, upstairs on the right.
Nutritional Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Educational Kinesiology, Craniosacral Therapy, Hot Stone Therapy, Aromatherapy, Reiki, Hopi Ear Candling and Reflexology all take place in Unit 4, downstairs on the left.
