Directions: When coming from Aboyne, take the first right off the Tarland Road (B9094) onto the Aboyne Castle Estate. Follow the avenue of trees and take the first left.
Proceed to pass through a pair of stone pillars and the Business Centre is the second turning on the right. (please ensure you only use the entrance to the Aboyne Castle Estate from the Tarland Road) When you arrive we are in the building that joins the car park, the entrance is from the courtyard.
Yoga, Yoga for Children, Pilates,
Postural Assessment, Meditation, Thai Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Rattle and Drum and Tai Chi all take place in Unit 2, upstairs on the right.
Nutritional Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Counselling, Health
Kinesiology, EFT, Educational Kinesiology, Craniosacral Therapy and Reflexology all take place in Unit 4, downstairs on the left.
We would be very grateful if you could be as quiet as you can when coming too or leaving from your classses/therapies as there are other businesses operating within the building, thank you.
