Branching out is a lovely workshop in Personal Development and Motivation, with a difference.......
Do you ever feel you are not as content as you should be?
Do you sometimes feel stressed by all the I shoulds in life?
Have you ever noticed a pattern in your why can't I just.....?
Are there things you would like to do with your life but fell they aren't quite yours?
Have you ever said no to something you wanted for fear of being found out?
Have you ever said yes to something you didn't want?
Would you like to feel a little more in control of yourself, your day and your life?
By the end of the weekend, you will feel inspired, energised and somehow reminded of who you are, and what you want for yourself, and those you care about. You will know yourself better and can take more out of your day and your life.
Importantly the course is to a group and so does not involve personal therapy. It is a gentle start to a journey you may, or may not, choose to navigate further, and yet offers no miracles or magic. It is simply information to remind you the sky is blue, bringing you confidence and a desire to feel nourished again. Some comments from those who have attended the course are below.
The weekend course costs £150 with a follow up evening (3 hours) about 2 months later which is optional and costs £30. If you would like to come but are concerned about the cost it is possible to come to an arrangement about a series of post dated cheques so that you effectively pay a small amount each month.
